We are very conscious of the fact that the Green Lake area has seen some reduction in tourist activity, particularly since the events of 9/11. We firmly believe that there are opportunities to restore Green Lake to its former status as a leading Wisconsin destination for family based tourism. We would like to see a more proactive approach to revitalizing the area adopted by the City and the Green Lake Chamber of Commerce, however, signs so far have not been encouraging. But there are ways we can improve our respective businesses by working together.
