Ebony Kultro Gourmet Chef Knife Set

The Kultro Gourmet Series celebrates the Japanese cutlery tradition.

Five knives ranging from paring to 8” chefs are crafted from forged stainless damascus steel, featuring 76 layers of 316 stainless supporting a core of 10Cr15V, an edge steel that is vacuum heat treated and tempered to an optimal hardness of HRC 60 for sharpness, wear resistance, and performance

The hidden tang construction is inspired by the timeless architecture of fine Japanese cutlery, with a compressed resin front section of the handle reminiscent of buffalo horn, used in traditional design.

The set comes with a matching diamond-coated sharpener and is shipped in a professional-grade leather roll with protective  blade covers
